He may be young in the music industry but Nigerian-born Ajayi Ovie Solomon knows what it takes to market his ideas and to lift the image of African music. Getting about 50,000 views on YouTube with a video is no joke to musicians and celebrities from West Africa especially Ghana because of the population and internet literates in the country. Tree Money Yard frontliner Spec Do, singer and writer released his official video for his song Owo Nikoko over few months ago and due to the quality of the content, it has gained more mileage on world’s biggest streamable website Youtube. One needs to be a popular musician in the country or the song must be one of the most popular in the country before people will jump on YouTube to check the video out.
